I used to always feel behind in life. And I felt like I have over functioning for years and doing too much on my own while expecting nothing in return. Now since two years ago I see how enmeshement was at the root of this and I'm learning to prioritize myself now over the family super self. Everything described here is very validating in relation to the difficulties I've had with my mother. I learning to not over empathize and stop self abandonment.

So how do we change 🤷‍♀️ always stating the obvious but no suggestions to fix this

What if the man has betrayed the woman, and so now she checks in to make sure he’s on track… I’m trying not to do this. But I do feel a sense of responsibility to our relationship to help heal. I suppose we should just break up, and allow him the space he needs to develop himself and break old habits…. Things that are huge red flags to me, have been normalized b cause I didn’t know how bad they were. Now I’m putting my foot down, but also not giving up completely… how should I stop “hovering” as to feel safe myself….

One of the reasons for me was men would see softness and happy and easy going, and keep saying that's why women are dumb and stupid. Full of nothing but emotions and unable to make logical decisions. Not only is that wrong but there's been so much hatred from men, That I don't believe them when they say they want femininity when they tear it down left and right when they see it.

Number 3 is a lot bigger problem than most people realise. When I lived in a moldy house, my estrogen raised to the point that I started to grow bitch tits. Needless to say my estrogen was a lot higher than my testosterone, and even if you're not completely fucked up like I was, it still affects you, just like Jake says. There are hormone disruptors in tapwater, industial meat, Vegetables, nuts and seeds, clothing, bedclothing, cosmetics, birth control (obviously😅), mold, Toxins like LPS and Aldehyde that we produce in our own guts, but we create hundreds of times more if we have gut issues like 74% of all ppl between the age of 18-44 have😊

They're not overly masculine. Men aren't masculine enough. That's the problem.
